This is the 1st release by Unteachers.

Though this was never given a proper release on physical media, we have made this EP available as a digital download.

When Tantrum Of The Muse disbanded in 2004 I walked away from music, but only briefly, as I was in full swing again in 2006.I had always felt that most of TOTM's songs were never fully realized on the albums. At the time of starting UT, i also felt like my approach to heavy music had not really changed, and i only broadened my horizons for other styles i wanted to explore.

During the first incarnation of UT, I took the opportunity to "correct" a few songs that i thought fit into what was going to align musically with UT. It seemed natural to take these songs and use them in the new band.

While these versions are still not perfect, I feel that it is closer to what the songs sounded like, played live back then. We had recorded these, along with some demos for songs that would appear on "A Human Comedy" much later.

This is the album that got me into Zao. I had heard Splinter, Blood, and Liberate, but they didn't really do it for me (although I did enjoy the listen). Cue the first track on this album.
